Mezzanines

Bode Equipment Company mezzanines are found throughout New England facilities as extensions of second floor offices, storage areas or walk ways around plant equipment. Bode teams with industry leading manufacturers like Wildeck, Rousseau and Cogan to offer superior quality products.

Many times our customers are not using the entire cubic foot print of their buildings. Facilities using their first floor space don’t always consider the lost space available towards the ceiling. This “free space” can be utilized by constructing a second level mezzanine area. In addition, the new 2nd floor can be taxed as equipment and written off entirely within seven years.

Bode Equipment Company specializes in the “turnkey” constructing of mezzanines to the available size of opening. Stair cases, decking surfaces, capacity, lighting and sprinkler protection are only a few of the considerations we take into account when we design a mezzanine system. Bode can provides all the drawings, mechanical and electrical labor to make the installation as simple as possible for our customers.

Shelving systems can be designed for future expansion incorporating a mezzanine surface. Below is a system installed by Bode using Rousseau shelving components that were added a few years after the initial shelving purchase.
