Modular offices offer many attractive interior fit up features for our customers. These offices allow customers the flexibility to take down, reconfigure and move walls as expansion dictates. All office components are mass produced to insure quality and to save time on installation. Since inplant offices are considered “equipment” they can be depreciated in seven short years.

Modular walls can be made up to twenty four foot seamless heights if customers want to divide warehouse areas for short term or long term needs. A variety of panel surface finishes allow customers to design walls and offices in noisy or fire rated environments. Every support column is a wiring stud and can be set up to accept a variety of outlet, switches and data ports.

Another popular partition use incorporates wire mesh wire panels. These panels are commonly used for security rooms to protect valuable materials or tools. They are available in variety of wire panel sizes, doors and gates. Many gates are equipped with keyed lock assemblies or panic hardware. Wireway and
Safeguard are two of the manufacturers we team with regularly.

Curtain walls are useful when trying to isolate wash down, sound deadening or welding problems. Flexible overhead hardware can be used to suspend curtains by factory installed grommets. Curtains are available in a variety of materials and colors.
