Steve Fawcett, CEO 
For over 26 years, Steve Fawcett has led the expert material handling team and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Bode Equipment Company.
In addition to his duties as CEO, he oversees sales in the State of Vermont with a satelitte office in Quechee. His experience in the material handling and storage industry is respected for his vast knowledge and creative solutions. He is an active board member of MHEDA and MHEDA-Net. In addition, he currently is a member of ISNetworld and the Safety & Health Council of Northern New England.
Scott Fawcett, President 
As President of Bode Equipment, Scott Fawcett is charged with oversight of the company's day-to-day operations.
Scott has a wide range of experience in all aspects of material handling and dock/door solutions. From concept to completion, Scott ensures that the projects are handled accurately, on-time and within budget. He is an active member of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA), the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) and ISNetworld.
Mike Slide, Senior Outside Salesman 
Michael Slide has spent over 23 years delivering quality sales and service to some of Bode Equipment Company's top customer's.
As a stakeholder at Bode Equipment, Mike provides a consultative approach to sales for the company. Collaborating with Bode customers, he delivers thoughtful and creative solutions to their material handling needs. Over the years, Mike has amassed first-hand experience with various manufacturer's and has personally overseen their use in a wide variety of applications and environments.
Deborah Dufault, Inside Sales Representative 
Deb provides outstanding customer service and supports the efforts of the outside sales force. Her warm and caring nature is one of the many qualities our customers experience.
Her resonsibilities include providing quick and accurate quotes, placing orders, following up on orders, and assisting with customer requests, regardless of size. A business graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Deb uses her knowledge and understanding to provide customer's with top level service. She is known for her dedication to find fast, effective and affordable solutions.
Pat Fawcett, Treasurer
Pat has spent over 24 years running the accounting and financial functions at Bode Equipment Company.
Pat has excelled in establishing and implementing fiscal policy at the company. Pat works with our sales team, customers and suppliers to ensure that the financial operations of the organization and projects continue to provide success for all the parties involved. Her attention to detail and customer oriented personality has earned her the respect of our customers and suppliers.
