Scott Fawcett
President and CEO
As President and CEO of Bode Equipment, Scott Fawcett is charged with oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations.
Scott has a wide range of experience in all aspects of material handling and dock/door solutions. From concept to completion, Scott ensures that the projects are handled accurately, on-time and within budget. He is an active member of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA), ISNetworld and Associated Builders and Contractors.
Nick Hosey
VP of Sales and Marketing
Nick is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Bode Equipment Company. Nick has over 12 years of industrial sales, operations, and project management experience. His long history in the field enables him to plan and execute customer projects with careful attention to detail. Nick’s experience includes MRO and OEM supplies as well as material handling applications in the industrial manufacturing and construction arena. Nick earned his B.S in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has been with Bode since 2012.
Eric Ferrari
Accounting Manager
Eric began working at Bode in 2014 as a Service Coordinator, and prior to that worked in sales and management for other companies such as Bobcat and ServPro. As our Internal Operations Supervisor, Eric is responsible for overseeing the efforts of our service team and internal operations team.
Eric earned his B.S in Accounting from Hesser College.
Rich Souza
Warehouse and Fabrication Manager
Rich has worked for Bode Equipment for 16 years during that time he’s completed hundreds of installations and service calls. Today, Rich is responsible for all warehousing/delivery needs as well as running our in-house fabrication department. His years of experience are greatly needed in these growing sectors of Bode.
Meredith Fowler
Office Operations / IT
Meredith has worked at Bode Equipment for over 16 years. Over that time she has become a staple in Bode’s internal operations. Today, her concentration is on the IT needs of the company as well as facility needs to support the 50+ employees Bode employs. Regardless if we need office layouts, IT systems, apparel or handling complicated AIA documents, Meredith is involved every step of the way.
Katherine Hogan
Scheduling and Operations Manager
Katherine plays an instrumental role overseeing the scheduling of both service and installations. Her team oversees the scheduling of personnel, lift equipment, material deliveries and client communications.
Don Moccia
General Manager
Don works out of the MA office but oversees all Scheduling and Field Service Technicians for the company. He comes to Bode with years of Distribution and Operations experience working for nation wide companies with multiple offices.
