The addition of a mezzanine and modular offices provides tennis and fitness club larger, more accessible space along with the option for future expansion.
A Massachusett’s tennis and fitness club needed better access to it’s multipurpose fitness rooms. At that time, the rooms could only be accessed by crossing the tennis courts, interrupting games. The Bode team Installed a 20 x 80 x 10 foot high Panel Built mezzanine along with three modular office units underneath it that could serve as multipurpose rooms. Now, the multipurpose rooms are located near the club’s office and students no longer need to cross the courts to access them. Additionally, the new rooms offer twice the square footage of the old ones with the option of adding additional facilities above them should the club consider another expansion.
